De-slagging equipment

   Applications:   

In the plasma and flame cutting, the slag and flash edge will be generated at the edge of the workpiece. The SD1300-2D/SBG1000 de-slag station is processed by two devices. The first device SD1300-2D is used for the upper and lower slag cleaning,with the alloy steel column boring head, it can removes most of the dross with high efficiency. The second unit, SBG1300, is used for the upper and lower residual slag cleaning and smooth edges.

With the front and rear power roller table, the original dimensional accuracy can be kept unaffected, and a high quality uniform micro chamfering effect can be obtained.
