Applications:
SG1030-WJS+DB would be best suitable for wet operation deburring, edge rounding, as well as surface sanding and finishing of punching, shearing, laser cutting parts. It is able to efficiently clean and smoothen sharp edges as well as significantly improve surface roughness.

Wet operation, there will be no deformation of parts during the process, therefore better surface result
Conveyor feed through type, high efficiency
First wide abrasive belt head for initial sanding, and zig-zag disk brush station for deburring and edge rounding. Last polishing barrel brush station for fine polishing on the surface. Each station can work individually or together
