  APPLICATIONS :  

Application: Versatile deburring, edge rounding, surface finishing & polishing for parts coming off laser cutting / stamping / punching / shearing / waterjet machines with sharp edges and minor-moderate burrs. It is equipped with total four work stations: wide abrasive belt head, planetary abrasive barrel station, another wide abrasive belt head, and lastly the polishing barrel station. Each work station can work individually or work in specific combinations for specific jobs.

It is specially used for batch burr removal, edge blunting. Surface polishing, surface drawing, etc. of laser cutting blanking parts. The core grinding station adopts up to four grinding methods, which can be used in combination to greatly Improve processing efficiency.

  HIGHLIGHTS :  

• Heavily constructed machine main frame: welded, sandblasted, and powder coated

• First wide abrasive belt head for efficient burr removal, planetary abrasive barrel station for further deburring and edge rounding, another wide abrasive belt head for putting back the straight line graining (No.4 finish), and the polishing barrel for the final smooth touch.

• Full working width vacuum conveyor allows processing of small work pieces. Optional configuration: Full working width magnetic conveyor (for process ferrous parts only)

• Due to the working nature of the planetary abrasive barrel station, it targets mostly on edges, corners, and holes. There is only very minimum touch applied to the flat surface. Therefore, sheet with vinyl laser film can be processed by using planetary abrasive barrel station only. It will keep the surface finish under the film.

• User friendly touch screen interface. Easy hands-on and straightforward operation, LED light built-in for easy visual checks.

• Optional: Dust collector and vacuum generator can be built inside the machine's under frame and top frame to save up the floor space
