Applications :
Suitable for parts processed by laser cutting, stamping, fine blanking, punching, shearing and waterjet cutting. Applicable materials include steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
Highlights :
1. Air spring supported working head creates a zero-gravity operating experience. The head hovers above the worktable, and operators only need to apply slight downward pressure to lower it onto work pieces.
2. Partial vacuum area of 330x300mm. Place parts on the vacuum area, and strong downward suction will hold parts securely for safe processing.
3. Various abrasive media available for different working scenarios:

4. A single motor drives two abrasive medias on the two ends of the motor. Typically one is disk brush and one is velcro pad to mount the sanding pad. The head rotational, up to 180° with locating pins 45° apart.
5. The swing arm has a wide working span for extra large work piece up to 1500x1500mm.
